Description

• Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation • Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report project financials to stakeholders • Coordinate with cross-functional teams • Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate updates, and escalate issues • Manage project documentation • Serve as mentor/coach to existing and future project leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) • Seven (7) years of IT project management experience in a private, public or military environment • Five (5) years of Cybersecurity experience • PMP® Certified, or equivalent • Ability to speak to all levels in a professional, concise manner • Self-starter / self-directed • Excellent communication skills • Experience working with global teams • Experience directing vendor resources • Strong Microsoft Office skills
