Description

• We have an exciting opportunity for a Hub Onboarding Senior Executive to work in the new Onboarding team with a focus on Hub Finance. • You will assist in facilitating seamless integration and onboarding of new DA Management customers into the OPTIC system. • The role collaborates closely with the Partnership Integrations team to oversee technical integration and handles query resolution. • Additionally, the role will oversee end-to-end DA processing during an initial Hypercare period. • The role will require some travel to customer locations to meet with clients & understand and manage their expectations with regard to DA management services.

Requirements

• Hub Finance experience. • Educated to bachelor’s degree level with postgraduate completion in Accounting/Finance desirable. • Understanding of basic DA accounting principles. • Strong People Management Skills. • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills. • Post-sales experience with a focus on system implementation. • Familiarity with SOP development and process integration. • Experience in UAT and system training. • Leadership ability to motivate and guide the team. • Strong communication skills and the ability to travel for customer training as needed. • Excellent Customer Services Skills. • Comprehensive knowledge of shipping operations, including port experience, ship operations, and DA management.
