• As the Director of Sales, you will lead our sales activities to achieve ambitious revenue and new client acquisition targets. • A key aspect of your role will involve building a team of consultative account executives capable of thriving in a dynamic sales environment. • We are looking for an experienced b2b sales leader with experience in the data domain, what was previously known as the modern data stack. • The right candidate will be hands on involved along with their teams in closing deals, building playbooks and scaling the team. • This is a unique opportunity to work with a founding team who wants to reimagine the future of data.
• Experience in the “modern data stack” and comfortable talking about the various different vendors in categories in the space. This is a non negotiable. • 8+ years of closing experience selling SaaS with deal sizes in the $100k+ range • A sense of urgency and customer obsession mindset. • Experience selling in the international market (US/Europe). Middle East and Australia is a bonus. • You are a “doer” with a high motor who has seen what great marketing looks like • You have been described as creative, ability to “figure things out” and have no problem adjusting decks, helping with marketing collateral, assisting with events, etc. • Strong writing, interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills required • High business IQ – comfortable with business value assessments and ROI documents • Ability to manage projects and contributors in diverse time zones. • Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills
