• Act as the overall relationship owner for each client. • Drive product adoption and ensure clients are leveraging our software to its full potential. • Advocate for clients’ needs and requirements. • Deliver high-quality, client-facing materials that facilitate understanding of complex project requirements. • Develop, refine, and train the team on best practices, helping create and maintain essential onboarding artifacts to drive successful client outcomes. • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. • Map the client journey to understand and enhance the client experience. • Monitor customerclient health and engagement levels to proactively address potential issues. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to contribute to revenue growth. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies with client insights. • Provide feedback to the product team based on client input and usage patterns. • Develop success plans for clients to achieve their goals with our platform.
• Graduate or post-graduate qualification with a minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in a professional services environment within financial services, private equity, investment banking, fintech, or similar sectors. • Expertise in project management methodologies, with a proven track record of independently managing complex client projects is a plus. • Strong critical thinking and time management skills. • Understanding of various Private Equity and Private Credit valuation methodologies and approaches is a plus. • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn, grow, and consistently exceed objectives. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs. • Knowledge of MS Office with exceptional MS Excel skills. • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
