Description

β€’ Understand current client situations, helping simplify models and existing data. β€’ Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for our customers. β€’ Manage, interpret, and validate all data that is produced by the customer. β€’ Provide recommendations for possible process changes to help optimize current procedures. β€’ Build long term strategic relationships with customers. β€’ 10-20% travel required.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or similar customer-facing role, and a finance or accounting background. β€’ Deep knowledge and solid experience in advanced Excel functions (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Power Query and complex models) β€’ Strong communication and relationship-building skills. β€’ Comfortability with upselling and renewal conversations. β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
