• As a Customer Success Representative at Tekambi, you will work closely with clients to ensure value from our products. • Establish and maintain strong client relationships by understanding unique business needs. • Manage the relationship from contract signing to onboarding and implementation. • Communicate product requirements to the technical team. • Monitor client engagement and identify areas for improvement. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, prepare reports, and provide insights.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree preferred or equivalent experience. • 2+ years of Customer Success or Account Management related experience. • Comprehensive understanding of pipeline revenue, forecasted revenue, and sales cycle revenue management with the ability to meet deadlines. • Proven ability to drive continuous value of products. • Proven interpersonal management skills and exceptional business acumen. • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work. • Previous SaaS experience is a plus. • Experience in the lending industry is a plus.
