Requirements

β€’ Demonstration of successful sales experience in a technology-related field, preferably within the CCaaS and CPaaS. β€’ Strong understanding of CCaaS and CPaaS solutions, contact center technologies, and the ability to translate technical features into business value for clients. β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities. β€’ A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changes in the industry and technology landscape. β€’ Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively within a team-oriented sales environment.
