• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for core 8x8 Contact Center product areas. • Plan or guide the launches of new products and releases of existing products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning and messaging. • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. • Create engaging collateral, including product guides, whitepapers, case studies, and website content. • Work closely with the sales team to develop tools and resources for effective communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies. • Proven experience in product marketing within the B2B SaaS space. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management. • Creative thinking and a passion for technology and innovation. • Optional: MBA or master’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field. • Experience in the CCaaS space on either the vendor or analyst side; or direct management experience within a contact center. • Experience with various consumer research methods, identifying insights and recommending data-based solutions. • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, charts and pivot tables). • Exceptional presentation skills.
