📋 Description
• responsible for innovating and refining methods used in insurance rating and loss reserving. • Prepare and lead all aspects of the analysis of rate and statistical filings, ensuring these are accurately submitted to regulatory and insurance agencies. • May lead sophisticated projects and studies, guiding teams to achieve strategic objectives. • Develops and analyzes new methodologies for insurance rating and loss reserving.
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 7 years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial lines insurance • Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 3 years’ experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial lines insurance. • ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society) required • in-depth actuarial industry knowledge and knowledge of the insurance marketplace
