• Responsible for compliance and ethics program activities • Plan and execute compliance training schedule • Manage consumer complaint process • Research key issues driving complaint numbers • Ensure compliance training content is up-to-date • Analyze employee survey data and trends • Provide compliance-related guidance to the business
🎯 Requirements
• 4-year degree or equivalent relevant experience • 10+ years of experience in compliance consulting in insurance or regulated industry • Strong understanding of property & casualty insurance business • Working knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance concepts • Strong business analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
