β€’ Serve as the first line of defense for customers encountering issues, providing high-level troubleshooting and assistance. β€’ Collaborate with customers to understand their challenges and guide them toward effective solutions. β€’ Provide technical expertise to customers regarding product usage, best practices, and custom integration needs. β€’ Act as a liaison and trusted partner between customers and internal engineering teams to resolve complex issues and escalate bugs and influence roadmaps. β€’ Develop and maintain production-quality code to assist with customer API integrations, providing hands-on technical solutions when required. β€’ Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement tools, documentation, and features to improve API usability and integration. β€’ Engineer custom tooling for customers to bridge gaps between their systems and our APIs, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced functionality. β€’ Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues in complex API interactions and integrations independently. β€’ Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including best practices, tutorials, and troubleshooting guides. β€’ Gather feedback from customers and developers to shape product improvements and API enhancements.

Requirements

β€’ Practical systems and software engineering experience in product development, integration, deployment, and/or sustainment of systems for commercial and government customers. β€’ Experience with field testing and troubleshooting of complex software systems, preferably involving communications capabilities. β€’ Proven experience in a Technical Solutions, API Integration, or Developer Support role. β€’ Strong knowledge of APIs, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving API-related issues. β€’ Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Golang, Java, C++, or Python) to support integration efforts and provide technical solutions. β€’ Familiarity with RESTful API principles, protocols, and best practices. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and handle complex issues. β€’ Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
