📋 Description

• Seeking a Regional Team Leader for Project Management Office. • Manage Project Management Team Leaders and assist in resolving challenged projects. • Responsible for establishing and managing project budgets, scopes, schedules. • Lead communications, project monitoring, and quality risk management. • Assist in negotiation of contracts and mentor PMO staff. • Participate in business events to enhance Woolpert's presence.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS and 15 years related experience, MBA/MA/MS and 12 years related experience. • Current professional registration in Architecture or Engineering. • Mentally and physically capable of performing all essential duties required of the position. • Demonstrated proactive management approach. • Above-average verbal and written communication skills for internal and external relationships. • Leadership skills such as directing, delegating, and coaching. • Negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving skills. • Above-average facilitation and meeting skills. • Microsoft Office suite skills. • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to analyze and evaluate multiple project components, schedules, and budgets. • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients, vendors, management, and associates. • Ability to travel and temporarily work in different locations.
