📋 Description
• Provide day-to-day leadership for the planning, implementation, and closing of the project • Address and resolve issues/blockers and escalates when required • Assess change management needs and develops strategies • Implement communication plans • Lead the individual functional teams • Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements for each project • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders • Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule using appropriate verification techniques with applicable software • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks by identifying risks and risk responses • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members • Perform other related duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or four years of direct experience in lieu of degree • At least five years of direct project management experience within a healthcare setting involving both multiple smaller projects and larger scale projects with greater complexity • PMP Certification Required
