📋 Description
• Plan, direct, coordinate and budget activities for utility services provided by Osmose • Manage, mentor, and develop associate Project Managers as needed • Track, manage and resolve project issues throughout project lifecycle • Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers and clients • Formulate reports by extracting required data concerning work progress, costs, and scheduling • Implement and adhere to project management process and methodology • Manage financial aspects of contracts • Represent company in customer-facing project meetings
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business or technical degree preferred (computer science, mathematics, statistics, business or other mathematical field) • Minimum of seven (7) years related experience • Utility or utility services industry management preferred • Demonstrated reengineering and business process experience • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint (MS Access and MS Visio helpful) • Ability to lead presentations with confidence • PMP Certification through PMI is preferred • Willingness to work varied hours whenever necessary to achieve desired results
