Description

• Responsible for achieving sales objectives and promoting POC products • Develop key accounts and execute the Abbott Rdx product portfolio • Manage sales in the territory, controlling expenditures and margins • Maintain personal knowledge regarding applications and technology • Respond to customer needs and problems • Serve as communication interface for tracking competition and detecting new opportunities • Supply data for customer database and submit sales reports • Enhance the Company’s image within the territory • Articulate issues and business opportunities with relevant customers

Requirements

• Technical or scientific education in biochemistry, biotechnology, immunology, haematology, or equivalent • Experience with medical analysis laboratories and the hospital environment • Sales experience in the biomedical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnologies sector • Previous customer service experience in the healthcare industry preferred • Consistent track record of achieving profitable growth • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent relationship capabilities • Enthusiasm for sales, good communication skills, and the ability to listen • Enterprising, curious, with initiative, perseverance, and an agile mind • Rigorous with the ability to analyze • Knowledge of office automation and IT tools (CRM, Microsoft Office Pack) • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
