β’ Build strong relationships with Veterinary customers and sell IDEXXβs medical device diagnostics portfolio. β’ Increase utilization of in-house diagnostic tests and advanced tests. β’ Promote high-end medical consultancy services and veterinary specialists team. β’ Educate and train veterinary clinic staff on products and services. β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure great customer experience. β’ Attend trade shows and other educational events.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. β’ Several years of successful territory management experience, ideally in the veterinary or animal health industry, capital equipment sales, human healthcare medical device sales, or reference laboratory consultancy and sales. β’ Consultative selling and winning new business experience. β’ Outstanding communication skills across several stakeholders. β’ Fluency in English & Dutch - verbal and written. β’ Comfortable working in veterinary clinics and hospital environments. β’ Ability to meet field sales role requirements including extensive car travel, overnight travel, and potential weekend work.
