Description

• Manage existing channel partner relationships and maximize revenue generation • Proactively identify opportunities in channel partner’s sales pipeline • Work to increase customer retention and expansion of services • Nurture strong, long-term relationships with active channel partners stakeholders • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships against agreed-upon metrics • Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts or issues that arise within partnerships • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate efforts • Manage and document Quarterly Business Reviews • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's product/service offerings • Facilitate the growth of commercial activities within channel partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business Administration, and/or Marketing and/or a related field medical Imaging field (or equivalent level of practical technical experience in radiology) • A minimum of 2 years working experience in Business-to-Business relationship • A minimum of 5 years working experience in the medical business – (Imaging business preferred) • Proven experience in a customer-facing role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in CRM and/or CSM software and data analysis tools. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Strong relationship-building skills • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail • Ability to work remotely, to be self-motivated, self-driven • Ability to work and be part of a cross-team environment • Superb verbal and written presentation and communication skills • Ability to travel internationally • Experience in Healthcare and/or Healthcare IT, MedTech (Preferred) • Basic legal knowledge (Preferred) • Understanding of radiology workflow (Preferred) • Capacity to speak another European language (Preferred) • Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Suite, Healthcare Applications/Products (Preferred)
