β’ Selling our medical diagnostic in-house devices and reference laboratory tests to our veterinary customers. β’ Promoting our high-end medical consultancy services and veterinary specialists team. β’ Educating and training veterinary clinic staff on products, services, and marketing initiatives. β’ Coaching and supporting your customers in overcoming identified barriers. β’ Continuously expanding your customer base and establishing long-term relationships on various levels. β’ Collaborating cross-functionally across the organization to ensure a great customer experience. β’ Attending trade shows and other educational events.
β’ You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. β’ Ideally, several years of successful territory management experience; you think strategically, youβre self-motivated and take ownership of your role. β’ Even more ideal is having a veterinary or para-veterinarian background or in-clinic management experience. β’ Your territory management sales experience has ideally been in the veterinary/animal health industry, capital equipment sales, human healthcare medical device sales, or reference laboratory consultancy and sales. β’ You are able to work well with others in a highly team-oriented, collaborative, sales environment. β’ Experience in consultative selling and winning new business. β’ Outstanding communication skills across several stakeholders. β’ Fluency in English & Dutch - verbal and written. β’ Within veterinary sales, you should be comfortable with going into veterinary clinics and hospital environments. β’ You can meet the requirements of a field sales role that include but are not limited to extensive car travel (company car provided), travel overnight if needed, as well as flexibility for potential weekend work to attend tradeshows or other occasion meetings.
