Description

• Responsible for designing, implementing and executing educational programs for Abbott field representatives and customers. • Develops, implements and executes curricula and training content to the field through multiple channels to build field competence in clinical competence, technical knowledge, customer understanding. • Maintains an in-depth knowledge of Abbott products, therapies, customers and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or equivalent • 8 years of project management and/or resource planning experience • Understanding and expertise in the technical aspects and application of current and new products in Therapy area
