Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design / Human Factors or related field plus minimum of 6 years related work experience. • Proven experience designing holistic, end-to-end consumer product experiences that resonate with users and drive business success. • A sophisticated design sensibility, shaped by a deep curiosity for both design and the world around you, continuously seeking inspiration from diverse sources. • Experience bringing products from 0 to 1, guiding them from idea to product-market fit through intentional iteration. • A passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies—whether you’re experimenting with AI or exploring new design tools, you’re always evolving your craft. • A relentless focus on understanding and addressing the real needs of users, with a knack for translating complex information into clear, elegant user flows. • Expertise in usability and accessibility, ensuring every design is inclusive and functional for all users. • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating your design rationale to a wide range of stakeholders. • A portfolio that showcases your most recent work, particularly highlighting consumer products and the tangible impact of your design decisions. • Experience working with and expanding design systems, ensuring a cohesive and scalable visual language across all product surfaces. • Proficiency in Figma, with an ability to explore prolifically, iterate and communicate design concepts.
