Description

• Lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions leveraging digital technology, advanced analytics, and AI techniques • Drive leadership in AI-based scientific innovations across medical affairs • Own and manage GAMA technology/digital projects to align on strategic goals • Ensure operational excellence and process optimization for GAMA

Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred with 6+ years of combined experience required in related area emphasizing creative and strategic mindset, experience in Medical Affairs preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience related to the implementation of Digital and AI/ML tools/technologies within the medical affairs space • Strong scientific/medical or technology background and the ability to critically review and analyze the Medical Affairs industry • Excellence-focused with strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects while meeting timelines • Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced, highly-matrixed work environment • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex AI concepts and information to cross-functional teams and senior business executives • Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with key internal and external stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills, experience working with BTS and IT teams preferred
