Description
• Responsible for reconciliation activities after case completion • Performing Quality Review/oversight of external provider’s reconciliation tasks • Participating in Late Case Investigation activities • Onboarding/Offboarding activities for Case Processing Vendor personnel • Mailbox management • Clearly communicates information to customers • Oversees Z drive/RightFax intake • Demonstrates high level of customer service
Requirements
• High School Diploma required • 6 months to 1 year experience in a support function • Excellent computer and keyboarding skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook • Proficient in querying databases and running reports • Superior attention to detail, quality, accuracy and timelines • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Strong adaptability to switching tasks to meet business needs
