Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and requirements • Engage with cross-functional leaders to drive change initiatives and foster consensus • Break down complex, unstructured strategic and analytical problems into manageable tasks • Clearly communicate challenges and proposed solutions to the executive audience • Provide strategic direction to cross functional partners for MHI • Serve as a translator between BU TAs, International TAs, and the Medical Engagement team • Implement standardized processes and frameworks for measuring end-to-end medical impact • Transform the approach to impact tracking from static, manual report generation to a real-time, dashboard-based approach • Scale Medical Engagement Blueprint across TAs • Partner with HEOR to operationalize care gap analytics across TAs • Create tools and methodologies for synthesizing insights from various sources • Identify key sources of insight for MHI and develop an approach to analysis • Keep a pulse on capabilities rollouts and identify changes to future waves • Stay updated on industry trends related to medical impact measurement and insights synthesis • Prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations • Continuously evaluate and improve the standards, processes, and framework for measuring medical impact and synthesizing insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required • Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, MBA) highly preferred • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs highly preferred • Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting to executive-level audiences • Demonstrate creative ‘out of the box’ thinking to solve difficult unstructured problems • Strong ability to deconstruct complex problems and develop structured work plans • Strong decision making under uncertainty • Stakeholder management and leadership skills in matrix organization • Strong analytical reasoning abilities, intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and creativity in problem solving • Experience with current methods Analytics/Machine Learning • Broad understanding of the pharmaceutical business • Ability to effectively present ideas and document complex medical/clinical concepts and processes in both written and oral communication • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
