• National Sales Manager, BOTOX Therapeutics - Remote • Reports to the Sales Director, BOTOX Therapeutic • Connects with cross-functional partners on key initiatives • Serves as communication lead for Field Sales • Develops partnership with Austin, TX customer center • Sales lead for migraine portfolio efforts • Creates sales and activity dashboards with FFE and external partners • Develops contest opportunities for selling teams • Critical in shaping and maintaining business unit culture • Provides solutions to grow the BOTOX business based on analysis and observations

Requirements

• Minimum of five years management experience in the pharmaceutical industry • Previous experience as a Sr. District Manager is also required • Prior experience in marketing and/or sales training is preferred • Well-developed written and oral communication skills along with dynamic leadership attributes needed to interface with different departments • Advanced organization and administrative skills are required to execute programs and implement them in a compliant manner • Ability to influence and build rapport with employees and external customers • Applies a range of compliant problem-solving techniques • Demonstrated strong clinical product, customer and disease state knowledge • Comprehensive understanding of buy and bill/part B/procedural products
