Description

• As a People Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help improve people programs and processes. • You will work with datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns, and communicate findings to key stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions. • You will have deep insight into the status of People Operations and analyze efficiency and effectiveness to recommend improvements in line with the People team’s vision.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in operations measurement and analytics functions. • Extensive data and analytical expertise, including knowledge of industry best practices and measurement standards. • Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and multiple systems. • Experience working with standard data analytics and visualization tools. • Experience working with HRIS systems, experience working with HiBob is a plus. • Effective communication, influencing, and change management skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. • General knowledge of the HR domain and core processes (e.g., benefits, payroll, onboarding, learning). • Ability to work with highly confidential data.
