β’ ABC Legal Services is a national leader in filing service of legal documents. β’ The Customer Support Specialist addresses and resolves all customer questions and issues. β’ This role corrects errors, follows up with process servers and provides updates. β’ This position is remote but must be located in specific states. β’ Respond to customer support tickets. β’ Manage high-volume phone calls and assist with new orders online. β’ Respond to emails and address customer concerns. β’ Document issues in Confluence. β’ Visit court dockets for information on case filing as needed. β’ Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
β’ High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone β’ Technology Driven; Experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, PDF Editor and phone systems preferred β’ Document manipulation experience β’ Ability to read, write, and speak English β’ Ability to transcribe information, review an order, investigate issues and implement solutions β’ Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy β’ Ability to maintain a high level of work product in often stressful situations β’ Ability to anticipate issues and circumvent them β’ Ability to implement new processes and changes and improve performance β’ Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
