📋 Description

• Abnormal Security is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join the Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) team to define, develop, and deploy the foundations of our analytics stack. • Day to day, you’ll help manage our end-to-end stack – data pipelines, data warehouse, data modeling layer, and business intelligence. • You’ll be a highly collaborative partner to enable analytics at scale and set this hyper growth company up for success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical field • 6+ years of experience as an Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or equivalent experience • Expertise in SQL and advanced knowledge of at least one scripting or statistical programming language (Python, R) • Strong understanding of analytical data-warehousing concepts • Ability to write clear documentation and communicate complex technical topics to non-technical users • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize, unblock, flag risks, and push progress forward • Experience working in relational data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery or Databricks • Experience with data transformation tools such as DBT, DLT or SQLMesh • Experience with Extract and Load tools such as Fivetran, Airbyte or custom Python scripting
