Description

•Endpoint Administrator/System Admin with our direct client for long term contract. •Location - Brentwood, TN (Remote) •Administration of IGEL/UMS console. •Manage, update thin clients with IGEL Operating system for CWOW support and rollout. •The Endpoint Administrator provides direction and strategic guidance for the overall management and health of Client's endpoint devices. •The Endpoint administrator must have a detailed understanding of Incident and Problem Management process as SME with our Service Excellence teams.

Requirements

•Linux Administration, Ubuntu preferred •System Admin experience, particularly in supporting, updating and managing endpoint devices •Dell Wyse Management Suite •iGel experience •Ability to automate common procedures and continuously look for and execute on opportunities to improve services and teammate experiences •Create and maintain documentation to include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Configuration Documentation, Policy Documentation, Knowledge Based Articles and Training Documentation
