Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare or enterprise health systems sector. β€’ 4-6 years of experience in partner or customer marketing at a growth-stage company. β€’ Proven track record of creating impactful partner success stories and educational content. β€’ Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including the challenges faced by clinicians and healthcare organizations. β€’ Exceptional written and communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand, engaging content. β€’ Demonstrated ability to create clear and compelling customer education in a variety of formats (i.e. user guides, decks, short videos) β€’ Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
