Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with key partner contacts and manage partner requests. Internal Commercialization of Partnerships: Coordinate cross-functional commercialization activities for project timelines and deliverables. Project & Change Management: Own project plans and partner requests to ensure timely delivery. Data Management & Analysis: Super-user of business intelligence tools for insights and data analysis. Abridge Product and Strategy Knowledge: Maintain familiarity with Abridge’s product offerings and strategic direction.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in project or program management, management consulting, or strategic operations in healthcare or enterprise health systems sector. Proven ability to influence without direct authority Technical aptitude with a quick learning ability for complex software solutions. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach to account management. Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple partner relationships simultaneously. Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
