• Are you a strategic problem-solver with a passion for data-driven marketing, experimentation, and client success? • Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, love collaborating across teams, and enjoy the challenge of optimizing digital experiences? • As a Program Manager at Cro Metrics, you’ll take full ownership of delivering high-impact A/B testing and personalization programs for a diverse portfolio of clients. • You won’t just manage projects—you’ll lead, strategize, and drive meaningful business outcomes through data-backed decision-making. • You’ll work closely with senior marketing and product leaders, guiding them through testing strategies while collaborating with our world-class engineering, design, and analytics teams. • Your focus will be on execution, but your impact will extend far beyond—helping shape client strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring our work translates into measurable success.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience writing requirements for engineers and web development projects • Strong project management and multitasking skills across cross-functional teams • Excellent communication skills—you can explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and web development processes • CRO experience is required—you’ve worked with A/B testing, personalization, or website optimization • Growth marketing experience (preferred)—including paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies • Familiarity with web analytics tools is a plus • Agency or professional services experience (preferred)—you’re comfortable managing multiple clients
