Description

• As a Program Manager at Cro Metrics, you will take full ownership of executing successful web experimentation and personalization for a diverse group of clients. • This role demands a high level of commitment, agility, and problem-solving skills to manage 5-7 clients simultaneously. • You will collaborate with senior client marketing and product stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive strategic initiatives. • Your focus will be on overall client operations, from tactical execution to program budgeting, ensuring that every detail is managed with precision and foresight. • Drive Experiment Implementation by collaborating with strategy, engineering, QA, design, and analytics teams. • Write comprehensive A/B test requirements and create detailed mockups for successful test execution. • Be the first point of contact for day-to-day client requests and problem-solving. • Monitor and manage the budget and scope of programs, report to internal teams, and set staffing plans based on client roadmaps. • Consistently demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and effectively.

Requirements

• Direct experience writing requirements for software engineers / web development projects • Project management and prioritization across cross-functional teams • Ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in UX/UI principles • Knowledge of engineering and development processes • An ability to accurately communicate technical information • A/B testing knowledge is a plus • Professional services (agency) strongly preferred • Web analytics experience is a plus
