📋 Description
• Manage and support grant-making and project coordination for Sustainable Finance and Transition Minerals teams • Oversee budgeting, planning, reporting, and grant operations • Function as a point of contact for grant-making and funder reporting • Support production of communication materials and grant reports • Manage the Program Assistant for Sustainable Finance
🎯 Requirements
• 4-6 years’ experience in program support roles, preferably in non-profits or foundations • Ability to manage projects independently • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience serving a diverse range of clients • Effective personal and interpersonal communication skills • Proficient in MS Office and database management • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure • Experience managing others, including support staff • Willingness to travel • Passion for environmental and social issues • Commitment to ClimateWorks’ mission and values
