📋 Description
• Responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and Director of ABA Services • Facilitate coverage of cancelled direct care appointments utilizing available Behavior Technicians • Review account for missing documentation and assist providers with office needs • Modify/adjust Behavior Technicians schedules as needed • Ensure adherence to federal HIPAA regulations and company policies
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Preferred • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations • Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis terminology preferred, not required • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB preferred, not required • Excellent communication skills • Excellent customer service • Strong time management and organizational skills • Problem solving ability • Excellent attendance • Ability to adapt to changing policies and procedures, quickly and effectively
