• Identify, research, and pursue government contracts and proposals related to translation services. • Create, write, and edit compliant proposals for government contracts. • Conduct research to identify government contract opportunities. • Build and maintain professional relationships with government agencies. • Oversee the lifecycle of government contracts, including negotiation and compliance. • Collaborate with teams to compile required proposal components. • Maintain accurate records of proposals and contracts. • Lead kickoff meetings for proposal development. • Set and track KPIs related to proposals and win rates.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and contracts. • Familiarity with GSA and CMAS procurement vehicles. • Ability to think ahead strategically. • Data-driven approach to decision-making. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in government proposal writing and contract management. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized with excellent project management abilities. • Proficiency in using proposal management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong research and analytical skills. • Maintain a sense of urgency in the role.
