• Manage claims and oversee specialty liability first notice of loss reporting • Review and analyze claims information and develop effective claim strategies. • Partner with TPA’s to evaluate claims strategies and ensure adherence to policy/court/regulatory requirements. • Compile and analyze claims data to identify trends and improve claims handling. • Audit claim level billing and expense payments to ensure accuracy and provide feedback. • Collaborate with MSI Underwriting and Product teams on claims trends. • Assist in setting up efficient workflows to streamline the claims process.

Requirements

• Adjusters License required • JD and/or professional designations (e.g., CPCU, AIC) are highly preferred. • Bachelor's degree is required. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Management Liability, Cyber Liability, and/or Specialty Liability claims handling. • Some level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Ability to learn any other appropriate program or software system used by the firm as necessary.
