• Access is a women-owned and women-led destination management company that collaborates with clients to design and execute corporate events and programs. • Support the Sales and Creative teams, including vendor/venue bookings, transportation, site visits, program proposals, budgets and all aspects of the sales process. • Salesforce database management. • Manage vendor bookings and holds. • Proactive schedule planning for the sales team. • Act as the out-of-office point person for various sales managers during site visits, FAMS and precons. • Assist with various administrative tasks for the sales team, creative team and leadership teams.
• 0-2 years experience in a consultative environment, preferably in the hospitality or events industry. • Self-motivated, customer-focused, driven, and team-oriented. • Strong organization and time management skills. • Passion for the hospitality and special events industry. • Salesforce CRM experience.
