Description

• Access is a women-owned and women-led destination management company. • Collaborates with clients to design and execute corporate events and programs. • Responsible for leading sales efforts with program qualification and development. • Manage hotel partnerships and seek new opportunities to increase hotel market share. • Conduct presentations and lead site inspections for hotel partnerships and other business opportunities. • Ensure that KPI’s and Key Results are measured and met.

Requirements

• 2 – 5 years sales success in a consultative environment, preferably in the hospitality or events industry. • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented. • Strong organization and time management skills. • Passion for the hospitality and special events industry. • Salesforce CRM experience.
