Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases • Solid foundation of data lake and data warehousing concepts • Experience with AWS services like Glue, S3, Athena • Proficiency in using modern reporting tools (like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker or similar) to build dashboards and reports for KPIs and doing deep-dive data analysis • Experience with cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake or Redshift • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment independently • 7+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence Developer or similar roles, who has attained a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field • Working with healthcare data like Eligibility, Claims and have a deep understanding of underlying data issues • In-depth understanding of healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) • Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools like Airflow • Experience with big data tools: Spark, Kafka, etc. • Certifications in BI tools or data management (e.g., Tableau Certified Professional, AWS Certified Data Engineer/Developer).
