• As the Affiliate and Growth Marketing Manager at Accomplishr, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic affiliate marketing and growth initiatives. • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to expand our network of partners and drive user acquisition. • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and other key stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align growth marketing efforts with business objectives. • Design and implement growth marketing campaigns, including performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media. • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of affiliate and growth marketing campaigns and optimize performance. • Develop and manage budgets for affiliate and growth marketing programs, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure Accomplishr remains competitive in the market. • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on the performance of affiliate and growth marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in affiliate marketing and growth marketing roles, with at least 5 years of experience managing marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. • Demonstrated success in developing and managing affiliate marketing programs and partnerships. • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners. • Strategic thinker with the ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive results. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
