• Accountability Counsel advocates for human and environmental rights. • Seeking a Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts. • Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy. • Provide leadership and direction for fundraising efficiency. • Serve as chief grant writer for proposals and reports. • Strengthen fundraising operations using Salesforce. • Create strategic donor communications and materials. • Become a knowledgeable ambassador for Accountability Counsel. • Manage, mentor, and grow a development team.

Requirements

• A passionate advocate for Accountability Counsel’s mission and values. • At least 6 years of fundraising experience. • Exceptional writing, storytelling and communication skills. • Thoughtful relationship builder with a warm and authentic personality. • Tech-savvy and well-organized project manager. • Outgoing individual willing to travel domestically and internationally. • Flexible, self-directed, and willing team member. • An authentic personality full of confidence and heart. • Experience with advocacy, human rights, law, or international finance appreciated.
