• Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von 5 Customer Success Managern (m/w/d) im Bereich User Support. • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch exzellenten Kundenservice und schnelle Problemlösung. • Monitoring und Optimierung der wichtigsten KPIs im User Support (z.B. • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice, idealerweise in einem schnell wachsenden Tech-Unternehmen • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Empathie • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (z.B. Intercom) • Eigeninitiative, Motivation und eine Hands-on-Mentalität • Interesse am Thema Selbstständigkeit und Entrepreneurship
