Description

•As an Enrollment Counselor, you are responsible for recruiting qualified candidates into American College of Education’s programs. •You counsel prospective students through the full life cycle of the enrollment process. •This includes initial relationship development, exploration of needs, and navigating the application process. •You are responsible for preparing students for long-term success. •ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage based on education, prior experience, and expertise.

Requirements

•You are passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals. •You thrive in a competitive and collaborative team environment. •You are comfortable working remotely and have experience collaborating with others in a virtual environment. •You possess a strong attention to detail. •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. •3-5 years of enrollment experience. •Excellent presentation skills both verbal and written. •Ability to develop professional rapport with prospective students. •Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines: displays high level of accuracy. •Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook; •Knowledge of Campus Management products, strongly preferred. •Must demonstrate self-reliance and meet/exceed workflow needs. •Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills. •Must be self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
