Description

• Develops and implements a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals, mission, vision, and values • Oversees all aspects of marketing, including demand generation, product marketing, brand, advertising, digital/growth marketing, content marketing, events, and partner marketing • Builds deep expertise on our offerings and our audiences in the field of early care and education • Develops and executes marketing campaigns that improve consideration and understanding, generate leads, and drive sales • Partners with product and business development teams to ensure excellence in launches and landings, for our product marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field. • Master’s Degree preferred • 12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role • Deep understanding of B2B, product, and digital marketing strategies, with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive measurable results. • Experience with a variety of marketing channels, especially product marketing, digital/growth marketing, and content marketing • Expertise in using analytics and metrics to track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and inform decision-making, ensuring alignment with business goals.
