• Acentra Health exists to empower better health outcomes through technology, services, and clinical expertise. • Our mission is to innovate health solutions that deliver maximum value and impact. • Acentra is looking for a Healthcare Project Manager - MES (Remote U.S.) to join our growing team. • The Healthcare Project Manager's role is to manage the end-to-end process for a single software or multiple products and business process services. • The Project Manager works with customers, functional and matrix managers, and staff to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. • The selected candidate will be a Program/Project Management team member and report directly to Program Delivery Leadership. • Acentra Health supports a high-volume healthcare data system accessed through multiple web portals. • This high-volume system operates out of multiple data centers and must reliably be available to its clients 7x24x365.

Requirements

• Required Qualifications/Experience: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with preferred Majors: Business, Science, Mathematics, or Analytics. • With up to 15 years of relevant experience in project planning, delivery, and management. • Experience in the government or commercial healthcare industry. • Solid experience as a people manager who can manage projects and processes. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. • Domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare verticals. • Understanding of SharePoint applications, Webex, Teams, etc. • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio with a working knowledge of the rest of the applications in the Microsoft Office suite. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project. • General understanding of role-relevant issues and trends. • Strong understanding of project management skills and ability to create and manage project plans. • Ability to meet and enforce deadlines, research technology issues and products, and take initiative in the development and completion of projects. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and evaluative skills. • Effective communication skills (verbal, written, facilitation) with strong presentation and facilitation skills. • Strong at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Self-motivated and able to balance multiple projects under minimal to no supervision. • Demonstrates leadership skills and ability to collaborate directly and in a matrix environment with different teams and contributors.
