• Acentra is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Test Architect to join our growing team. • As a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Test Architect Principal, you will play a pivotal role shaping the strategic direction of our SQA team. • You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge test strategies and frameworks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions for our clients.. • In this critical role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, project management, operations, and business analysts, to define and execute robust testing processes that align with business objectives and project timelines. • Additionally, you will collaborate with the business development team to contribute to RFP responses and design testing approaches that demonstrate the value of our solutions to clients. • Your expertise in delivering quality software and your ability to drive testing excellence will make a direct impact on both our projects and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with over 10 years of Software Quality Assurance experience, including 4 to 5 years in a Test Architect or Lead Test Engineer role. • Expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using technologies such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, or TestNG, as well as experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. • Proficiency in software quality assurance tools like Atlassian Jira, Jenkins, HP Quality Center, and Confluence, with working knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies, as well as expertise in the SDLC and STLC. • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams, leading initiatives, and facilitating discussions at all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executives. • Demonstrated experience in client management, with solid communication and negotiation skills, particularly in evaluating prospects, RFP responses, estimation, and scheduling. • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Software Quality Assurance life cycle (STLC) § Experience with industry Software Quality Assurance standards. • Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
