Description

• As an Operations Specialist in our vibrant marketing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and projects. • Managing routine operational tasks, optimizing workflows, and supporting the team to achieve their goals efficiently. • Assist in coordinating the development of the affiliate platform, including preparing tech tasks, overseeing timelines, and ensuring the quality execution of requirements related to advertising products for partners. • Support the affiliate remuneration processes by managing invoicing, controlling financial transactions, and overseeing payment schedules. • Work with the production team to create advertising materials. • Describe projects and processes in the corporate task-tracking system. • Aid the performance team in enhancing the efficiency of marketing workflows.

Requirements

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and large data volumes, creating presentations, and data visualization. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the English language. • Preferred Qualifications: Affiliate Marketing Experience: Previous experience in affiliate marketing or a related field. • Task-Tracking/CRM Systems: Proficiency in task-tracking/CRM systems. • Advanced Office Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications (Docs, Forms, Slides, Sheets).
