• Lead HR team and serve as critical partner to Steering Committee • Establish and align HR strategic priorities • Implement data-driven recruitment processes • Conduct market analysis for competitive compensation • Develop recruitment strategies and oversee full recruitment cycle • Manage performance feedback process and employee onboarding programs • Serve as resource for employee inquiries and foster positive work environment • Ensure compliance with employment laws and develop HR policies
• At least 7-10 years professional experience in Human Resources management (nonprofit setting preferred) • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Professional HR designation HRCI (SPHR) or SHRM-SCP Certification preferred • Demonstrated HR generalist skill-set • Knowledge of local, state, and federal HR laws and regulations • Commitment to diversity and inclusion • Demonstrated success in implementing inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives • Excellent organizational management skills • Demonstrated record of strong written and verbal communication • Ability to serve as a strategic resource to leadership team • Demonstrated experience with automated recruitment platform, preferably JazzHR • Competency in MS Word, PPT, Outlook, and Excel • High level of initiative, critical thinking, sound judgment and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail • Strong interpersonal, relationship cultivation and customer service skills • Ability to retain confidential information required • Familiarity with Jazz HR, preferred
