Description

β€’ Serve as a strategic partner to management and employees across the organization. β€’ Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution. β€’ Assist in managing and resolving employee relations issues with guidance from senior HR leaders. β€’ Support recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs. β€’ Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new employees. β€’ Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes. β€’ Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development initiatives. β€’ Support goal-setting and performance feedback processes in collaboration with department heads. β€’ Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. β€’ Support the implementation of leadership development programs and mentorship initiatives. β€’ Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations. β€’ Maintain accurate employee records and assist in HR audits and reporting.

β€’ Partner with leadership to support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions to business operations. β€’ Help Implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, fostering a culture that supports high performance and operational excellence. β€’ Help facilitate performance management processes that connect individual goals to business objectives, driving accountability and performance improvement. β€’ Guide managers in performance evaluation processes, coaching, and development plans to maximize employee potential. β€’ Help Implement training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career progression. β€’ Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. β€’ Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. β€’ Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
