β’ Partner with leadership to support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions to business operations. β’ Help Implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, fostering a culture that supports high performance and operational excellence. β’ Help facilitate performance management processes that connect individual goals to business objectives, driving accountability and performance improvement. β’ Guide managers in performance evaluation processes, coaching, and development plans to maximize employee potential. β’ Help Implement training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career progression. β’ Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. β’ Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. β’ Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
