Requirements

•5+ years experience in Human Resources or People Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS organization. •Expertise in supporting managers with employee relations, change management, and creating inclusive work environments. •Ability to support remote teams across multiple states. •Strong balance of strategic and operational capabilities, with a track record of driving initiatives that impact culture and performance. •Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. •A flexible and adaptive mindset, thriving in the ambiguity of a high-growth startup environment.
