📋 Description

• ActioNet has an opportunity for a EOC Engineer- Senior. • This role is remote and based in Suitland, MD. • Supervise and manage the daily configuration and operation of mainframe, mini, or client/server-based systems. • Plan and monitor system optimization and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning. • Plan and monitor user assistance in accessing and utilizing business systems. • Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements and identify problems, developing plans for moderately complex to complex systems in areas such as information systems architecture, networking, telecommunications, automation, communications protocols, risk management, software lifecycle management, software development methodologies, and modeling and simulation. • Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships, and identify the resources needed for each task. • Demonstrate recognized expertise in the professional community, qualifying as an expert for specific tasks. • Exhibit exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree • Experience: 5 years • Supervise and manage the daily activities of system configuration and operation for systems like mainframe, mini, or client/ server-based. • Plan and monitor system optimization, resource utilization, and capacity analysis. • Provide assistance to users in accessing and using business systems
